Coaching appointments not kept will result in a $15 no-show charge. After 2 consecutive missed appointments, services may be cancelled and any remaining account balance forfeited to cover no show charges up to $30.

Any workshop or training booked is considered tentative until confirmed in writing. Christine Pechstein confirms all bookings after speaking with each organization about their specific needs and no sooner. Any cancelled event is subject to cancellation fees. Fees vary and are outlined in the confirmation/committment letter sent for approval before booking is confirmed.
